The Land
Earth & Star hosts mobile retreats, offering you healing locations to experience nature and connect to your calling. Our 2026 retreat will be held in Pine Knoll Shores, NC, a barrier island in the Southern Outer Banks. On sixty two acres of beach frontage and sound-side docks, this ecologically friendly camp on the Crystal Coast is a historically inclusive haven that welcomes people of all ages, backgrounds, and beliefs when they feel called back home to the power of nature, to witness the God-self within. Embracing the beauty of the land itself, we’ve utilized the retreat center’s natural amenities for optimal self-reflection and restoration. With a walking tunnel that brings you out to overlook the dunes of the Atlantic Ocean, we will indulge in plant spirit medicine, rites of passage, and much more! Remembering your pure form in nature means getting out of the day-to-day stress of city life, detoxifying the body, mind, and spirit, and caring for the person as a whole. We are physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual beings that will be held and cared for within Mother Earth herself as we eat clean, purge old traumas, and allow ourselves to be embraced as we heal through movement, rest, and meditation. This land is strong and sure to empower those who pray within her arms.
The Teachings
All people, of any creed or faith, are invited to visit and experience the land that Earth & Star offers as a healing space, but some people may find themselves searching for their spiritual purpose or to connect their own practice with the healing that the Earth provides. The Founder shares freely on YouTube, touching on topics such as spiritual ethics, psychology of the human ego, religious concepts in modern day spiritual accounts, and she even provides information on how to begin a spiritual practice. All teachings are original concepts downloaded directly to the Founder by her higher power. These teachings can be applied to what you already know and follow, regardless of your religion, or used as the foundation of your faith and healing journey moving forward. These teachings do not seek to replace the current beliefs you already maintain, but urge you to open yourself to a deeper understanding of them in a way that encourages oneness, wholeness, and completion within all people and creatures. Those who feel aligned with the teachings through this spiritual group are encouraged to sign up for membership! A community of people aiming to not only feel peace, but to BE peace, is the first step in creating a truly unified and loving world.
The Founder
The Founder of Earth & Star is a Shamanic Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, Bard, and Hypnotherapist. Following her calling to help others heal and offer a unique perspective to the spiritual community, she established Earth & Star Spiritual Wellness Center in 2022. Earth & Star offers personal healing sessions, spiritual teachings, and wellness retreats in order to serve the community through heart, mind, and action. Whether you live nearby or far away, there is always a way to be involved. Virtual healing sessions, certification courses, and support groups are only scratching the surface of how you can open yourself to growth and joy. Drum circles, workshops, rites of passage ceremonies, plant spirit medicine rituals, metaphysical conferences, and multiple day retreats are hosted throughout the year in various locations for you to take advantage of! The Founder teaches and heals from the single principle of love and seeks to shine that light into the world around her so others may remember their own light, and even further, that we are all shining the same light. She prays a daily prayer for peace throughout the world, trust in the universe, expression of soul, and love as perfect oneness as she embodies love and unity and holds that vision for all.
Our Intention
The Earth & Star community holds a vision of free flowing love for all beings, wholeness through reconnection with the authentic self, and realization of the divinity within through meeting the Earth and discovering empowering personal beliefs. As a non-profit organization, it is our mission to create and maintain a healing space for peoples of every nation and creed to feel nurtured within so they may grow into the powerful beings they innately are. This is a place of releasing burdens, healing the soul, celebrating rites of passage, and sharing in the purest expression of joy that exists within the heart.
